Montana Stone Gallery, “Where Stone is Art,” provides regional fabricators and the public the largest collection of natural stone slabs available in the Inland Northwest. Our elegant showrooms welcome homeowners, designers, builders, and fabricators alike to many natural stone materials. Our extensive inventory of granite, marble, limestone, and travertine slabs are hand selected by the owners and agents personally in South America and Europe, thus providing an added value guaranteeing a quality finish and many exclusive colors to select from. Every month we continue to add unique and exciting colors to our large inventory. With recent advances in quarry technology and factory processing, we are introducing numerous new colors never before imported into the United States. Montana Stone Gallery staff is extensively trained on the various uses of stone, how to care for it, and how to assist our clients in selecting the appropriate pieces for their application. About the Owners

Torin Dixon entered the stone business in 1977 and began working as an apprentice for a stone company in Southern California. Not long after, his natural stone fabrication skills were developed as he worked on many homes through out Beverly Hills and Malibu, California. Extravagant homes and businesses became a part of his portfolio. Torin married wife, Diane in 1995 who assisted in the operation of his own fabrication business. Just as Torin has a natural artistic ability with stone applications, Diane specializes in design and customer service. Together they make an excellent working pair.

A short year in Portland, Oregon eventually leads them to settling in Missoula, Montana where the Dixon’s continued their fabrication business. Natural stone suppliers were nonexistent in the state which made material availability and selection challenging. Seeing a niche in the market with major competitors out of state, the Dixon’s opened an import supply and distribution company to service the region. After over 5 years of growth, the Dixon’s have enjoyed their new business experience and challenges while looking forward to a continually successful future. Aside from business owners, the Dixon’s are loving parents and grandparents, travelers, Christians, philanthropists, and volunteers in their community.
